Richard El Ayache

Richard El Ayache is a seasoned creative leader currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Creative Content and Design at Teneo since October 2022. With extensive experience in the creative industry, Richard previously held the position of Head of Creative at AIR (Advanced Inhalation Rituals) from February 2019 to October 2022, where successful rebranding initiatives and product launches were executed. Prior roles include Senior Art Director at Edelman, where several high-profile projects were managed, and Business Development & Senior Art Director at Milton Shepherd, focusing on key accounts such as Huggies and SAP. Richard's career began at Grey Worldwide as a Graphic Designer and progressed through various creative roles at Ogilvy, enhancing digital strategies for major brands. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from Lebanese American University.
