Tom Hyatt

Tom Hyatt has over 30 years of work experience. Tom began their career in 1991 as a Programmer for VDOT. In 1997, they became a Software Configuration Management Consultant for Bank of America. From 2009 to 2021, they worked for various companies including ACS, A Xerox Company, IDR, Inc., SCM at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tom Hyatt Photography, Basecamp Networks, Enea Software/General Dynamics, and Tenerum, LLC. Their roles included CM Architect, Contractor, Software Configuration Management/Build Engineer, UCM Engineer, Network Engineer, Wireless Support, and Quality Assurance Engineer. During their time at Tenerum, LLC, Tom was responsible for troubleshooting and triaging issues, creating and executing test cases, documenting, tracking, and escalating issues, running a broad range of testing activities, estimating the Level of Effort needed to test and complete a task, creating and updating existing QA documentation, and acting as the Primary QA Point of Contact on some projects or teams.

Tom Hyatt's education history includes a High School Diploma from Virginia High School from 1983 to 1986, and a BA in Management and Computer Information Management from Emory & Henry College from 1988 to 1990. Tom also has certifications from Coursera, Xirrus, Code School, Salesforce Trailhead, and Pluralsight.
