Chris Belton

Chris Belton has over 20 years of work experience. Chris is currently working as the Director of Physician Recruiting at Tenet Healthcare since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Physician Faculty Recruiter at UT Southwestern Medical Center from February 2023 to June 2023. From 2014 to 2023, Chris worked at Tenet Healthcare as a Physician Recruiter, where they identified and provided physician and Advance Practice Provider candidates for multiple hospitals and private practices. Before that, they worked as a Business Development Consultant at The Medicus Firm from 2012 to 2014, acquiring new business agreements for physician recruitment. Chris also has experience in mortgage banking as a Senior Mortgage Banker at Access Capital from 2006 to 2012 and in sales management as a Sales Manager at Lowe's Home Improvement from 2004 to 2006. Earlier in their career, Chris worked as a Project Manager/Business Analyst at G4 Consulting from 2001 to 2003, and as a Senior Technical Writer/Project Manager at DataReturn from 1999 to 2001.

Chris Belton attended Texas Tech University from 1994 to 1996, where they pursued a double major in Economics and English. Chris graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Arts (BA) from this educational institution.
