Dylan Sankar

Dylan Sankar, M.S., currently serves as the Lead Surgical Recruiter at Tenet Healthcare, starting in April 2023. Prior to this role, Dylan held positions at The Walt Disney Company as a Lead Technical Sourcer and at Orlando Health as a Talent Sourcing Consultant and HR Talent Sourcer/Branding Strategist. Experience includes developing talent sourcing initiatives, improving hiring processes, and focusing on diversity sourcing. Dylan has also worked in customer service and sales roles earlier in the career. Dylan earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Albizu University and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the same institution.
