Francis Ali-Osman

Francis Ali-Osman serves as the Chief of Staff-elect and an Intensive Care Physician at Carondelet Health Network since October 2019, holding multiple roles including Trauma Medical Director and Chief Of Surgery. As President and Vice President of the Arizona Trauma Association since January 2021, Francis also co-owns Valley Surgical Clinics and Acute Care Surgical Specialists. Additional experience includes roles as a Trauma Surgeon at Tenet Healthcare and HonorHealth, and past positions at Abrazo Community Health Network and HonorHealth John C. Lincoln ACS Level 1 Trauma Center. Education includes a Doctor of Medicine from UT Health San Antonio and a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from The University of Texas at Austin.
