Jeremy Guieb

Jeremy Guieb, RPm, MD, currently serves as a CDI Physician Reviewer at Tenet Healthcare, effectively analyzing patients’ charts and conducting clinical documentation integrity reviews since June 2023. Previously, Jeremy worked as a Physician at LRO Medical Services from January 2022 to June 2023, performing essential medical assessments and tests. At the Nephrology Center of Caloocan, from April to December 2022, Jeremy conducted pre-dialysis assessments and managed patient medications. As Medical Officer III at the Caloocan Health Department in 2021, Jeremy facilitated national health programs and participated in COVID-19 monitoring efforts. Jeremy's medical training includes a post-graduate internship at Philippine General Hospital in 2020, following the completion of a Doctor of Medicine degree at Manila Central University in 2019 and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Paul University Manila in 2014.
