Margie Arion

Margie Arion is an accomplished Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Field Operations and Talent Management at Tenet Healthcare since January 2018, Margie has previously held significant positions including Vice President of Hospital Operations and Talent Management at United Surgical Partners International and Chief Human Resources Officer at Acosta Sales & Marketing. Margie's tenure at PepsiCo spanned nearly 15 years, where roles included Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources Transformation and Vice President overseeing multiple regions in Southeast and Eastern Europe. Margie's career began at ABB and Detrex Corporation, progressing from Human Resources Generalist to Corporate Human Resources Manager. Margie holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University, along with two Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration from Cleary University.
