Michelle Liberino

Michelle Liberino has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Michelle currently holds the position of Group Chief Strategy Officer at Tenet Healthcare since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at UHS as Director of Business Development from January 2021 to June 2023. Michelle also served as a Physician Relations Corporate Trainer and Physician Relations from March 2019 to January 2021 and from August 2016 to March 2019, respectively. Before their time at UHS, Michelle held the role of Executive Director of Operations at GRACE FAMILY HEALTH INC DBA MURRIETA EXPRESS CARE from January 2013 to August 2016. Michelle began their career in 2010 as the Regional Director of Operations at Health Scan Imaging, responsible for overseeing the operational activities of multiple facilities. Prior to that, Michelle worked at Walmart as a Director of Operations from January 2008 to January 2014, handling various responsibilities such as budgeting, facility operations, and personnel procedures.

Michelle Liberino has a Bachelor's Degree in Administration-Management from the University of Redlands. Michelle also holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. In addition, Michelle has obtained a PMP (Project Manager) certification from the University of Redlands and a CPR certification from the American Heart Association. Michelle also has additional certifications in AACP and HCCP from the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA).
