Susan Rapp

Susan Rapp has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Susan started their career as an Associate at The Fishman Group in 1992 and worked there until 1999. From 1999 to 2003, they served as a Senior Associate at Abbott Nicholson, PC. In 2003, they joined Transformco as the Director of Labor and Associate Relations, where they stayed until 2020. During their time at Transformco, they held various roles and responsibilities. In 2020, Susan joined IRI Consultants as the Lead Consultant, and later in the same year, they became the Director of Labor Relations & Senior Labor Counsel at Tenet Healthcare.

Susan Rapp began their education by earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Social Science-Law, Democracy from Michigan State University in 1989. Susan then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at Michigan State University College of Law from 1989 to 1992. During their time at Michigan State University College of Law, they also attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law from 1991 to 1992, focusing on Labor and Employment Law Curriculum.

After completing their education, Susan obtained their License to Practice Law in Michigan from the Michigan State Bar Association in August 1992. Following this, they acquired their License to Practice Law in Ohio from the Supreme Court of Ohio in April 1993.
