Teresa Whigham

Teresa Whigham has a diverse range of work experience in recruitment, business strategy, and healthcare. Teresa is currently the President of John Alex Consultants since October 2022. Before that, they worked at Tenet Healthcare as the Senior Director of Field Recruitment starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they were a Recruitment Consultant at John Alex Consultants from May 2020 to January 2022. Teresa also held the position of Director of Physician Recruitment at vRad (Virtual Radiologic) from February 2019 to May 2020. Teresa's experience also includes roles such as Director of Recruitment at HealthTrust Workforce Solutions from August 2015 to February 2019, Regional Director of Business Strategy at Tenet Healthcare from February 2014 to February 2015, and Director of Operations & Physician Recruitment at Tenet Healthcare from July 2011 to February 2014. Teresa began their career as a Physician Recruitment Manager at Randolph Hospital from June 2007 to June 2011.

Teresa Whigham completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in healthcare from Nova Southeastern University between 2006 and 2008.
