Tripp Lyles

Tripp Lyles serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Tenet Healthcare, a position held since August 2023, overseeing strategic initiatives in the San Antonio, Nacogdoches, and Rio Grande Valley areas. Previously, Lyles was the Regional Vice President at United Surgical Partners International, Inc from December 2020 to August 2023 and held the role of Associate Administrator at Resolute Health from May 2017 to December 2020. Lyles also served as the Director of Operations and Physician Development Manager at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center between January 2015 and May 2017. Initial experience includes an Administrative Resident position at Tenet Healthcare in 2014. Lyles holds a Master of Hospital Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University.
