Joel Bendeck

Joel Bendeck is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and banking operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at TENGO since January 2021, Joel previously held multiple managerial roles at Grupo Financiero Ficohsa from April 2008 to January 2021, including Deputy PMO Manager and Administrative Head for the T24 Core Banking Implementation Project. In these positions, Joel led significant projects, implemented tailored project management methodologies, and managed all aspects of banking process optimization. Joel holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Universidad Tecnológica Centroamericana and additional degrees in Upper Management and Industrial Engineering.
