Samantha Ray

Samantha Ray has a diverse and extensive work experience in various government and consulting roles. Samantha is currently working as a Principal at TENICA Global Solutions, where they manage programs in areas such as information technology, cyber security, logistics, and crisis prevention. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Cyber Operations at the National Reconnaissance Office, overseeing a large organization responsible for maintaining and operating a multi-billion-dollar IT and communications infrastructure. Samantha has also held leadership positions at ACB Ideas and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, where they advised on cyber-related defense programs. Samantha has a strong background in cyber operations and communication and has received training in national security through their time as a student at the National War College.

Samantha Ray holds a Master's degree in National Security Policy Studies from the National War College (2015-2016) and another Master's degree in the same field from the U.S. Naval War College (2009-2010). Samantha also earned a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from Webster University (1997-1999). In addition, Samantha obtained a certification called "edX Verified Certificate for Managing Happiness" from edX in 2022. Samantha also pursued studies in the "Fundamentals of System Acquisition Management" at Defense Acquisition University starting in 2016.
