Carole Wai Hai

Carole Wai Hai is the Berlin General Manager & Head of Data Science at Tenjin. Carole has over four years of experience in the analytics field and has worked with some of the biggest companies in the industry.

Wai Hai started their career as a BI Consultant at Fyber. Her role consisted of collecting reporting and analysis requirements from all internal stakeholders, including the Executive Board, and providing data visualizations for analysis, reports, and actionable business insights. During their time at Fyber, they were part of the team that transitioned from "excel reporting" to self-service BI using Tableau Server. Carole also trained and built a community of Fyber Tableau Desktop Power Users.

Some of the highlights of their experience at Fyber include working through the acquisition of Fyber by RNTS, Heyzap, Falks Realtime and Inneractive, moving from a start-up BIDWH into a more enterprise-level infrastructure. Carole also self-taught sql, pentaho, python, and tableau during their time at the company.

After their time at Fyber, Wai Hai moved on to Tenjin where they currently hold the position of Berlin General Manager & Head of Data Science. In this role, they are responsible for leading the data science team and overseeing all data-related projects.

Carole Wai Hai reports to Christopher Farm, CEO. They are on a team with Mingzhe Li - Head of Sales, China, Anna Hoffman - Head of Operations, and Insa Mortag - Office Manager. and Amlan Chakravarty - Senior Data Analyst Consultant reports to Carole Wai Hai.
