Adam Raybin

Adam Raybin serves as the Senior Engineering Manager of Embedded Software at Tennant Company since February 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Director of Program Management at Kipsu from May 2021 to January 2023, where coordination among various managers and monitoring engineering projects were key responsibilities. Adam's prior experience at Thermo King included managing a team for embedded software and overseeing a global team of engineers to implement new software architectures. Adam's earlier roles included serving as Project Engineer at FBD Partnership, LP, where responsibilities encompassed managing engineering projects and developing innovative refrigeration designs. Adam began a career in engineering with internships and military service, including a Mechanical Engineering internship at IHI Southwest Technologies and roles in the Texas Army National Guard and US Army.
