Brad Graetz

Brad Graetz is a seasoned continuous improvement professional with extensive experience in lean management and operations. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Tennant Company since June 2023, Brad previously held key roles including Operations Manager at Quadion LLC / Minnesota Rubber and Plastics, and Lean Manager at Uponor, where notable achievements included developing a Lean Certification program and leading a team of certified employees. Brad's background also includes roles as Lean Leader at Donaldson, where a continuous improvement process was implemented, and Lean Coordinator at Pentair, contributing to the development of a Lean Assessment tool. Brad began a career in lean manufacturing at Hearth & Home Technologies, earning the Shingo Prize for Excellence in Manufacturing in 2005. Educationally, Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
