Brock Christianson

Brock Christianson has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in human resources. Brock currently serves as the Senior VP, Chief Human Resources Officer at Tennant Company, where they lead HR and internal communications efforts. Prior to this, they held multiple positions at Thrivent, including VP Organizational Planning, Analytics, & Operations, VP, Total Rewards and Talent Analytics, and Vice President of Human Resources for the largest business unit. Before joining Thrivent, Brock worked at Honeywell as the Vice President of HR, leading transformation initiatives and partnering with executives. Brock also held HR positions at Medtronic, Emerson Electric, E & Y, and Lifetouch. Brock Christianson received a BA in Business Administration from Concordia College in 1992. Brock later completed an MAIR in Human Resources at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management from 1992 to 1995.
