Eric Facklam

Eric Facklam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and category leadership, currently serving as the Category Director for Commercial Products at Tennant Company since May 2022. In this role, Eric leads the development of innovative robotic cleaning solutions and collaborates with global providers to enhance product performance. Previously, as Senior Global Product Manager for micro-scrubbers, Eric achieved significant growth in the commercial floor scrubber market. Prior to Tennant, Eric spent over a decade at Pentair, managing a substantial portfolio of water disposal pumps and driving e-commerce strategies. Eric's career began at Mason Companies, Inc., providing customer service excellence. Educationally, Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has also studied at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
