Eric Li

Eric Li has over 15 years of experience in engineering and R&D roles. Eric has served as the Head of Engineering, APAC at Tennant Company since 2015, where they lead a cross-discipline engineering team and is responsible for product development and maintaining product quality. Prior to that, they worked at OSRAM as the R&D Head, overseeing a team of engineers and managing product development for the global market. At Philips Lighting, they were a Senior Project Manager, responsible for project planning and product costs. Eric also had experience as a Project Manager at Radio Frequency Systems, where they led a global team in developing and enhancing products. Additionally, they worked as a Process Develop Engineer at Intel Corporation, gaining extensive knowledge and experience in semiconductor development. Overall, Eric Li has a strong background in engineering and R&D, with experience in managing teams, product development, and process improvement.

Eric Li holds a Master's degree from Zhejiang University, which they obtained between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Henan University of Science and Technology between 1993 and 1997.
