Erin Massa

Erin Massa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Training and Education at Tennant Company since July 2019. Previously, Erin held multiple roles at TCF Bank from May 2011 to July 2019, including VP of Risk Management Training & Development, where leadership of a team focused on Compliance, Fraud, and BSA was a primary responsibility. Key achievements include developing and managing the AML/BSA training program and creating various leadership development initiatives. Earlier experience at IC System as a Sr. Training Specialist involved analyzing training program effectiveness and preparing supportive materials. Erin holds a B.A. in Organizational Leadership and Management with a minor in Human Resource Management from Concordia University-St. Paul.
