Lola Valero

Lola Valero has extensive experience in field support and management, currently serving as the Field Support Manager for Spain at Tennant Company since July 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing an administrative service team, customer support, contract management, and quality and environmental management. Lola has successfully implemented ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 quality management systems since 2011 and 2014, respectively, and led sustainability projects recognized with nominations for industry awards. Previous roles at Tennant Company include Head of Administration & Customer Support and Service Officer for Iberia, where significant process optimizations were achieved. Prior experience includes working as a Key Account Assistant at ADL Technology, S.A., and as a laboratory analyst specializing in quality systems at Microbioticos. Lola holds a degree in Chemistry from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
