Mollie Novaria

Mollie Novaria is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Assistant Controller of Operations at Tennant Company since November 2021, where Mollie also leads the TEAL Women's Employee Resource Group. Prior to this role, Mollie held various positions at EY from January 2012 to November 2021, including Assurance Senior Manager and Professional Practice Rotation in Audit Standards and Methodology Implementation, while actively contributing to the EY Chicago Professional Women’s Network as Executive Committee chair. Mollie's early career included roles as Admissions Staff at The George Washington University and as a Tutor for Turning the Page, where Mollie mentored underserved youth. Mollie holds a Bachelor of Accountancy, Magna Cum Laude, from The George Washington University, completed in 2011, following graduation from Blue Valley North High School in 2007.
