Paul Wiebenga

Paul Wiebenga has extensive experience in the manufacturing and service sectors, having worked at Tennant Company since August 1994 in various roles including Engineering Change Coordinator and Lean Implementer, where significant contributions were made to process improvements and warehouse management. Prior to this, Paul was a House Parent at Holland Deacon's Conference from May 1994 to January 1997, overseeing activities for mentally impaired individuals, and served as Youth Director at Appalachia Reach Out, focusing on youth programs and community projects. Early career experience includes framing for Koetje Builders. Paul attended Calvin University from 1985 to 1987 for General Studies.
