Richard Stevens began their work experience in 1990 at Ricoh Nederland as an Account Executive. Richard then worked as a Corporate Account Manager at Vodafone in 1995 before transitioning to an Account Manager role at Xerox in 1996. From 2000 to 2003, they served as a Marketing & Communicatie Manager at Cap Gemini. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, Richard worked as a Verkoopleider at CWS-Boco. Richard then joined BridgeMoore Business School in 2009, where they held the positions of Regio Manager Business Development and Sr. Consultant & Trainer-Coach until 2020. In 2021, Richard managed their own business, Richard Stevens Beheer.
