Rob van Rooij

Rob van Rooij is an experienced professional in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as the Global Supply Group Manager and previously in roles such as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager and Purchasing Project Coordinator at Tennant Company since December 2012. With a robust background in strategic purchasing developed at Marel Stork Poultry Processing B.V. from November 1999 to December 2012, Rob has specialized in sourcing diverse components including fluid pumps and gear motors, as well as outsourcing projects in Eastern Europe. Previous experience includes roles in initial buying and engineering at Stork Food Systems and Brabant Components Oss, respectively. Rob holds a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of Hertfordshire and has completed several procurement and lean management programs, including Nevi 3 and Lean Green Belt certifications.
