Stacy Gahlon

Stacy Gahlon is an experienced engineering professional specializing in new product development and supplier management. Currently serving as a NPD Supplier Development Engineer at Tennant Company since January 2018, Stacy collaborates with suppliers and design engineers to optimize solutions and address quality issues related to prototype electrical and electronic components. Prior to this role, Stacy spent a decade at UTC Aerospace Systems, advancing from Senior Project Lead to Staff Project Lead, where responsibilities included leading cross-functional teams, managing operations support projects, and achieving significant sales results through innovative problem-solving. Earlier experience at Goodrich Sensor Systems involved leading engineering teams on projects for the Boeing 787, while initial roles at Enbridge Energy focused on automating and improving pipeline systems. Stacy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University.
