Wallace Malheiros has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Wallace started their career in 1993 as an Engineering Supervisor at Textron Fastening Systems and moved up to become an Engineering Manager in 2005. In 2006, they joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Senior Engineering Manager, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they served as the Director of Engineering at Crosman Corp. Wallace then joined Thule Group as the Director of Product Development, a position they held until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, they held two roles at Thermo King, first as the Chief Engineer, NA and later as the PMO Leader. Currently, they are working at Tennant Company as a Senior Director of Product Engineering, starting from 2023.
Wallace Malheiros earned a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo in 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their Graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEI between 1995 and 2000. Wallace also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Purdue University Northwest, which they obtained from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained a certification as an ASQ - Quality Engineer in December 2014.
