Kristapher Mixell has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Kristapher started their career at Ricardo in 1996 as a Project Engineer, specializing in design. Kristapher then moved to AVL as a Design Engineer before joining General Motors in 1999 as a Design Release Engineer for Powertrain Cooling and Thermal Systems. In 2002, they transitioned to Daimler Chrysler as a Product Development Engineer and later became the Lead Engineer for Dynamic Systems.

In 1998, Mixell returned to Ricardo as a Senior Project Engineer, working on Thermal Systems Engineering. Kristapher then took on roles as a Principal Engineer and Manager in Systems Engineering, contributing to various projects. In 2007, they joined Federal-Mogul Powertrain as a Product Strategy Manager and later became the Senior Marketing Manager for OE Sales & Marketing. Kristapher eventually took on leadership positions, serving as the Director of ACIS and Ignition Coils and later as the Director and General Manager of Ignition - Coils and ACIS.

Mixell founded Full Circle Developments, Inc. in 2009, where they served as the Founder and CEO until 2012. Kristapher then joined Tenneco in 2018, first as the Director and General Manager of Ignition - Coils and ACIS before assuming the role of Brand Director and Aftermarket Channel Lead. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Product Management and Marketing for Champion Ignition.

Kristapher also holds a Graduate Certificate in Management from Hult Ashridge, acquired through the Fast Track Advanced Management Programme. In terms of high school education, Kristapher obtained a Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Derby Senior High School in 1990. Additionally, they have achieved certifications such as being a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Michigan, obtained in 2002, as well as being a Certified Engineering Intern in Kansas, obtained in 1996.
