Piotr Gruszecki

Piotr Gruszecki serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources for Tenneco's EMEA region within DRiV since November 2020, following a tenure as HR Director EMEA BLLs. Prior to Tenneco, Gruszecki held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Synthos S.A. from January 2019 to November 2020. Gruszecki's experience at PPG Industries (March 2012 - December 2018) includes various roles such as HR Director for Refinish and Finance, as well as CEE HR Manager and country HR Manager for Turkey. Earlier in Gruszecki's career, roles included HR Manager at GE and Żywiec Zdrój, and HR Specialist at Eaton. Gruszecki holds a Magister (Mgr) degree in Business Sociology and Marketing and Management from the University of Silesia in Katowice.
