Thomas Vandael

Thomas Vandael serves as the Executive Director of Supply Chain & Manufacturing EMEA at Tenneco, overseeing warehouse operations, customer service planning, and project management for the EMEA region since October 2018. Previously, Thomas held several roles at Philips Lighting, including Head of Finished Goods and Demand Planning for Home Europe, where responsibilities included demand planning team leadership and office closure management. At Procter & Gamble, Thomas was Business Planning Leader for Beauty in France/Benelux, managing demand forecasting and initiative execution for several major brands. Thomas's expertise spans supply chain planning, inventory management, and operational efficiency, complemented by a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Production Management from the University of Antwerp.
