Graham Hartman

Graham Hartman currently serves as the Admissions Assistant Manager at the Tennessee Aquarium since May 2022. Prior to this role, Graham worked as a Sales Operations Analyst at Conversant Group, where responsibilities included order processing and drafting financial documents. A significant portion of experience was gained at the Chattanooga Lookouts, where Graham held various positions including Ticket Operations Manager, managing box office operations and customer accounts, and Ticket Partnership Assistant, handling customer inquiries and ticket sales. Earlier career experiences include a role as Shift Supervisor at Baskin Robbins, overseeing staff and inventory, as well as a Student Manager at East Tennessee State University, responsible for team operations and statistics. Graham began in the ticketing field as a Ticketing Intern with the Johnson City Cardinals and has a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from East Tennessee State University.
