Angela Gregory Flynn

Angela Gregory Flynn possesses extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as the Associate Vice Chancellor for Procurement, Contracts & Payment Services at the Tennessee Board of Regents since September 2004. Prior roles include Assistant Vice Chancellor for Purchasing and Contracts at the same institution and Director of Purchasing and Contracts at Volunteer State Community College from May 1994 to August 2004. Angela holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Tennessee Tech University (1991-1994) and an Associate's Degree in Business and Commerce from Volunteer State Community College (1989-1991).
