Lindsey Koch has held various roles in the field of education and policy research. Lindsey began their career as a Special Assistant to the Provost at Baylor University in 2017, where they provided project management and research support for academic initiatives. In 2018, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Vanderbilt University, where they led the development of communication outreach plans and produced benchmarking reports for the College of Arts and Sciences. Lindsey also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant, teaching Leadership Theory and Practice. Since 2019, Lindsey has been with the Tennessee Board of Regents, starting as a Graduate Assistant and progressing to Policy and Data Analyst and currently as the Director of Policy Research. In their current role, they use research and policy analysis to promote student success within the system of higher education in Tennessee.
Lindsey Koch is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education - EdD in Higher Education Leadership and Policy from Vanderbilt University, which they are expected to complete by 2025. Prior to this, they earned a Master's Degree in Education Policy (M.P.P.) also from Vanderbilt University. Lindsey's undergraduate education was completed at Baylor University, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with a minor in English Language and Literature.
