Mariah Perry

Mariah Perry, PhD, serves as the Director of Capital and TSSBA Budget and Board Secretary for the Tennessee Board of Regents since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Administrative Assistant, College Savings Specialist, and Intern at the Tennessee Department of Treasury from June 2015 to September 2021. Additionally, Mariah worked as a CAP Item Writer for the International Association of Administrative Professionals from October 2019 to January 2020, where responsibilities included creating materials for the CAP Exam. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus on Public Relations and a Master of Arts in Corporate Communication from Austin Peay State University, as well as a Doctor of Philosophy in Learning and Leadership and a Post-Masters Graduate Certificate in Higher Education Leadership and Decision Making from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
