Robert Gilliam has extensive experience in project management within the higher education sector, having held the role of Project Manager at the Tennessee Board of Regents from June 1982 to the present. In this capacity, Robert has managed design and construction projects across 27 higher education institutions. Additionally, Robert served as a Project Manager for Capital Projects Management with the State of Tennessee from May 1993 to February 1995, overseeing multiple higher education campus design and construction programs. Earlier experience includes serving as a Project Architect at the Tennessee State Architect's Office from September 1979 to June 1982, where Robert was responsible for projects across six departments. Robert holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, obtained in 1979.
