Troy Grant is the Vice Chancellor for Strategic Enrollment Management at the Tennessee Board of Regents, a position held since September 2024. Prior to this role, Troy served as Chief Scholars Officer at The Ayers Foundation and as Senior Director for College Access and Success at Tennessee Higher Education Commission from January 2008 to March 2023. In the latter role, Troy was responsible for overseeing initiatives aimed at increasing college enrollment and success among Tennesseans and managed a team of 46 employees. Troy's previous experience includes leadership positions related to the College Access Challenge Grant and Tennessee's GEAR UP project, as well as roles at Tennessee State University, BellSouth Telecommunications, and Trevecca Nazarene University. Troy holds an MBA in Business Administration and a BBA in Music Business, both from Trevecca Nazarene University.
