Matt Clabaugh

Matt Clabaugh, PE, CPESC, TN-QHP, is a Natural Resources Manager at Barge Design Solutions, Inc. with experience in managing projects for local municipalities and Department of Transportations. Matt also serves as the Secretary at Tennessee Ecological Restoration Association (TERA). Matt previously worked as a Project Manager at Mattern & Craig and as an Engineer at Jordan, Jones & Goulding. Matt holds a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering from Virginia Tech.
