Vicki Coutts-Updike has over 20 years of experience in finance and management roles. Vicki started their career in 1995 at State Farm Insurance, where they held various regional and corporate positions focused on driving financial efficiencies. In 1998, they joined Gaylord Entertainment as a Senior Financial Manager, responsible for the financial strategy of multiple divisions. Vicki then worked at Robert Half as a Senior Consultant, where they improved company revenues and streamlined processes. In 2004, they became the Vice President of Finance at Tennessee Education Lottery, managing accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting, and researching and recommending products to increase revenue. Throughout their career, Vicki demonstrated strong analytical skills, making recommendations on process improvements and providing financial insights to business leaders.
Vicki Coutts - Updike obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Thomas College, where they attended from 1986 to 1990. Apart from their formal education, they also hold a certification as a United States Level 1 Triathlon Certified Coach from Team USA.
