Ronald LaFlamme is an experienced architect with a strong background in project management and design. Currently serving as an Architect and Project Manager at the Tennessee Department of Correction since April 2009, Ronald has accumulated extensive experience in various roles, including as a designer for in-house projects since May 2007. Prior to joining the Tennessee Department of Correction, Ronald was the President of LaFlamme Architectural Design from 1995 to 2007, managing the firm’s operations. Ronald began their career as an Intern Architect at Falkanger & Associates from 1987 to 1993, where responsibilities included blueprint management and presentation preparation. Ronald holds two Master’s degrees from the University of Florida, one in Environmental Technology with a focus on Acoustics and the other in Architecture, both earned between 1985 and 1987.
