Tennessee Retina
Cristina Torres, MPH, is an experienced ophthalmic assistant and scribe with a strong background in patient care and medical procedures within the retina specialty. Currently serving at Tennessee Retina since December 2022, Cristina previously held similar roles at Horizon Eye Care and Retina Associates, PA, where responsibilities included conducting image testing, assisting in surgeries, and communicating treatment plans to patients. Additionally, Cristina has served as a project manager at URA Resource Center, LLC, leading research initiatives. With a Master's degree in Public Health from the University of New England and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Graceland University, Cristina combines clinical expertise with a solid educational foundation.
