Jonathan Bagwell C.c.e.

Jonathan Bagwell C.C.E. has over 25 years of experience in credit and collections management. Jonathan began their career in 1995 as a Credit Manager at Publisher Resources Inc. Jonathan then moved on to Ingram Book Group in 1997, where they served as a Senior Credit Manager, managing the company's largest customers and overseeing the Legal and Third Party Collections Department. In 2004, Bagwell joined Ingram Content Group as the Director of Credit, responsible for managing day-to-day credit operations and customer onboarding operations for multiple divisions. Jonathan also prepared and oversaw reporting to senior management. Bagwell then joined Aramark in 2014 as a Finance Supervisor, focusing on timely collections and building customer relations. Currently, Bagwell is the Director of Finance Operations at Tennessee Steel Haulers, where they achieved significant improvements in company DSO and Collection Effectiveness Index for the multimillion dollar A/R portfolio.

Jonathan Bagwell C.C.E. attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 1986 to 1993, where they studied Accounting. Jonathan did not obtain a degree during their time at MTSU. In addition to their education, Jonathan Bagwell C.C.E. holds a certification as a Certified Credit Executive from the National Association of Credit Management.
