Jim Rice enters his sixth season with the Titans in 2020, including his first as Senior Manager of Ticket Sales.
Jim manages the Ticket Sales Department, and is responsible for overseeing a staff that provides hospitality and game day experiences for businesses, youth leagues, community groups, non-profit organizations, families and Titans fans.
He spent nine years working in Minor League Baseball for the Binghamton Mets, Gary SouthShore RailCats, Joliet JackHammers and Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Jim made his way to the NFL in 2015 when he joined the Titans organization.
While working in MLB, Jim managed a sales staff that coordinated group and hospitality packages for corporations, youth leagues and community groups.
Jim graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2006 wth a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management
A native of Walton, N.Y., Jim enjoys working out, eating pizza, Titans, Braves and Duke basketball.
He resides in Hermitage, Tenn., with his dog, Albie.

The Tennessee Titans are one of 32 professional football teams in the National Football League (NFL). The franchise is based in Nashville, Tennessee. The organization began play as the Houston Oilers in 1960 as a charter member of the American Football League, and joined the NFL as part of the AFL-NFL merger in 1970. The franchise relocated to Tennessee in 1997 and opened a downtown Nashville stadium in 1999.
