Delson Erb

Delson Erb is an experienced leader in the nuclear energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations Support at the Tennessee Valley Authority since March 2024. Previously, extensive roles at Southern Nuclear included Site Vice President and Plant Manager from October 2017 to November 2023. Delson's earlier tenure at the Tennessee Valley Authority featured multiple positions, including Operations Director and Assistant Plant Manager, from December 2011 to October 2017. Additional experience includes work as a Reactor Technology Instructor at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and a Senior Reactor Operator at PPL Corporation. Military service as an Electronics Technician/Reactor Operator in the U.S. Navy further complements a robust background in the industry. Delson holds dual Master's degrees in Business Administration from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Widener University.
