Doug Perry

Doug Perry has a diverse work experience in the energy industry. Doug spent the majority of their career at the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA), where they held various leadership roles. From 2013 to 2018, they worked as the Vice President of Financial Operations & Performance, overseeing the financial aspects of TVA's operations. Prior to that, they served as the Controller for Energy Delivery and River Operations. In 2020, they were promoted to the position of Senior Vice President - Commercial Energy Solutions, responsible for developing and executing TVA's commercial strategy and infrastructure. In 2023, they were promoted again to the role of Senior Vice President External Strategy & Communications, where they currently serve. Before their time at TVA, they worked at Progress Energy, where they held the position of Section Manager - Energy Delivery Finance. Doug also worked as a Manager in various areas, including Risk Analytics & Reporting, Operations Risk Assessment, and Coal Risk Management & Special Projects.

Doug Perry has a BBA degree from The University of Georgia and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
