Jim Shepherd

Jim Shepherd has over 15 years of experience in the nuclear and energy sectors. Currently employed at the Tennessee Valley Authority since September 2010, Jim serves as an I&C Maintenance MTE specializing in instruments and nuclear operations. Responsibilities include work week management and serving as the Senior Lead Operations Instructor for Dry Cask Refuel, providing training for in-house staff and contractors involved in DCS activities. Prior to this role, Jim worked at Entergy from February 2005 to August 2010 as a Senior Control Room Supervisor, demonstrating a strong background in operational oversight and training in nuclear energy processes.
