Sydney Armstrong

Sydney Armstrong, MAOT, currently serves as the Digital Finance Communications & Engagement Lead at the Tennessee Valley Authority, where experience includes roles as an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst II, Financial Services Associate, and Enterprise Risk Intern since January 2020. Prior experience comprises an Office Administration Intern at Service One Inc., performing data entry, reconciliation, and communication tasks, alongside roles at Dollywood's Splash Country as a Merchandise Team Member, responsible for accounting procedures related to merchandise sales. Sydney holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Training & Performance Management from Tusculum University, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a collateral in Human Resource Management from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Pellissippi State Community College.
