Tim Willis is a highly experienced professional in the field of engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Transmission Technical Services at the Tennessee Valley Authority since October 2023. With over 23 years at the Tennessee Valley Authority, Tim has held various senior roles, including General Manager of Substation and Telecom Engineering and Senior Manager of Telecom and Controls Engineering, where Tim oversaw engineering designs for telecommunication systems and control centers. Tim's background includes significant project management experience, leading multimillion-dollar projects, and managing teams of engineers in power systems support and electrical design. Tim holds an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, and a BA in Physics from Berea College.
