Xavier Cotto

Xavier Cotto is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Tennessee Valley Authority since May 2011, where responsibilities have included serving as Program Manager for Workplace Culture & Performance and Data Quality & Governance, and contributing to engineering initiatives at the Monitoring & Diagnostics Center. Cotto has led significant projects aimed at improving talent acquisition and data management processes, while also championing efforts in employee resource groups. In addition to corporate roles, Cotto co-founded and serves as Board Chair for Southside Youth Development, a non-profit focused on empowering urban youth in Chattanooga, and is the Chief Dreamer & Doer at XCeed Events, dedicated to enhancing the Latino arts community through event planning. Cotto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez, with previous experience as an intern at General Motors.
