Lee Montgomery

Lee Montgomery currently serves as the President/CEO of the United Way of McMinn and Meigs Counties, focusing on enhancing community quality of life through education, financial stability, and health. With extensive experience in academia, Montgomery is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration and an Adjunct Professor at Tennessee Wesleyan University since 2010. Previous leadership roles include Community Relations Manager at Piedmont Lithium Inc. and District Vice President, alongside roles such as Executive Director at the Hamilton Family YMCA and CEO of Athens-McMinn Family YMCA. Montgomery began a career in manufacturing as a Production Supervisor at Denso Manufacturing and also served as an Adjunct Professor at Cleveland State Community College. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Tennessee Wesleyan University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Tusculum University.
