Alan Croes

Alan Croes has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving at TenneT TSO B.V. since June 2015 in various strategic roles, including overseeing market analysis, system outlook, and corporate asset management for high-voltage grids in the Netherlands and Germany. Additional responsibilities include the development and operation of HVDC interconnectors and managing offshore assets. Croes is also a board member of the Renewables Grid Initiative and an active member of the Administrative Council of CIGRE. Previous roles include Operations Director at BritNed Ltd., Manager Grid Strategy at TenneT, and Manager Strategy and Operations at Transportnet Zuid-Holland. Croes holds multiple degrees in energy systems and business management from esteemed institutions, enhancing a deep understanding of the energy infrastructure landscape.
